RCA's growing network of prequalified MIIs, currently numbering 4,000, can efficiently evaluate RCA's clients
to determine which clients meet their respective investment strategy and criteria.

RCA Global Fund of Alternative Asset and Long Only Fund Managers

RCA anticipates launching its Global Fund of Alternative Asset and Long Only Fund Managers at year end 2011.
RCA Global Fund's goal is to emulate performance of Harvard and Yale's endowments and Warren Buffett's
Berkshire Hathaway, ensuring strict risk mitigation, comprehensive due diligence, and association with only
top-tier investors and investments.

RCA Founder's 30 years industry experience includes 79 transactions representing $3 billion in capital
transactions and value creating events.  RCA's management team has a combined 300 years industry
experience and $22 billion in value creating events with experience in capital markets on five continents.

Under Management (AUM) and Family Offices or high net worth individuals with $50 million or more in AUM, located worldwide.
