RCA Global Fund of Alternative Asset and Long Only Fund Managers
RCA anticipates launching its Global Fund of Alternative Asset and Long Only Fund Managers at year end 2011.
RCA Global Fund's goal is to emulate performance of Harvard and Yale's endowments and Warren Buffett's
Berkshire Hathaway, ensuring strict risk mitigation, comprehensive due diligence, and association with only
top-tier investors and investments.
Management Team
RCA Founder's 30 years industry experience includes 79 transactions representing $3 billion in capital
transactions and value creating events. RCA's management team has a combined 300 years industry experience
and $22 billion in value creating events with experience in capital markets on five continents.
1. Alternative Asset Managers include but are not limited to Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate,
Managed Futures, Distressed Debt, Secondary Partnerships, and Hedge Funds. Long Only Managers typically buy and hold public securities
and do not use hedge instruments.
2. RCA defines Major Institutional Investors (MIIs) as Endowments,
Foundations, Pension Plans, Insurance Companies, and other financial institutions with $300 million or more in Assets Under Management (AUM)
and Family Offices or high net worth individuals with $50 million or more in AUM, located worldwide.
